Received a call from this number to my cell. They didn't leave a message.

Received a call from this number. They didn't leave a message. I called back the number and listened to a lengthy pre-recorded message about perpetual cash leveraging. Then listened to a second pre-recorded message from "Cindy" directing me to enjoyinglife101.com. It enabled me to leave a message to which I demanded they remove my number from future spam and telemarking efforts.

They my cell # at least once a week. Since I don't recognize the number I don't answer. Never do they leave a message talking with my cell company to see how to block the number..

Sounds like a pyramid scheme, which are illegal. Robo call talking about a "voicemail marketing system. " enjoyinglife101.com is their website. File a complaint with the FTC.
