They called American power and Gas and seems like they are not ligit offering higher rate.

The caller claimed to represent American Power and Gas. They claimed that since I did business with them before they were giving me new rates. They had all of my information but it didn't seem legit. When I questioned the caller they became annoyed. I think this is spam.
