Telemarketing phone call.  Person named Heather called stating she was in need of a real estate agent in my area.  When I returned the phone call and asked if she was looking to purchase a home in my area, she said she was actually representing a referral company.  (These companies want your money for non-existant leads.  BEWARE!)
