Also received a robo call informing me that the IRS had "filed a lawsuit" a***nst me, and that I should call this number to resolve it. As mentioned above, the IRS doesn't phone you; they send you a letter.

This number called me at 8:27 a.m. It was a robo-call saying that they were from the IRS and that there was a lawsuit a***nst me. The IRS does not phone anyone. They only contact via direct mail.
