I can't get this company to stop calling me. They have called 20 times today, asking for someone that I've never heard of.

They are total pests they call if you are one day late. Plus they charge college graduates outrageous interest rates. So****ing they didn't tell anyone that when you applied for the loan.

In a bad economy everyone wants to get paid. If you loan someone money you want that money to be paid back. It doesn't matter if this company is rich. If enough people don't pay them back then their employees will get fired. It's a a vicious circle but everyone must do their part. Don't spend money on ****. Pay your bills.

S****ed recieving these annoying phone calls about two weeks ago. They call about twice a day. The only time that a message was left was one that told me I had 48 hours to call this 1-800#. Looks like after enough complaints that Verizon would shut this number down.

Received a call from AES today asking for a person by the name of Sarah Maples. I told them that I didn't know her. I told them they were calling a corporate issued mobile phone. They asked me to look up Sarah Maples in my company directory as she may have a different number. I told them no such person worked at my company. They asked me a***n if I was Sarah Maples. They called twice in 10 minutes today.

They call me everyday and never leave a message.  I am elderly and I'm positive I DO NOT have student loans or any loans for that matter and never have!

A.E.S keeps calling but on the caller ID they come up with P.H.E.A.A. This crazy since I am in school with everything in good standing am loans are with a major bank in Charlotte.

I got the same thing calling my cell. I'm 54 with no loans....unless the person who had this number before me did.

I was busy and don't know anyone in Philadelphia, which came up on my Verizon cell phone. No message was left, and then when I looked at the phone number of the missed call, it looked like a company type of phone number. When I checked on it through Google, I found this and many other sites with complaints and questions about caller with this number.

PHEAA This appears to be some type of collection company which is very odd that they called since we are not delinquent on anything. This company should be shut down and prosecuted.

AES Student Services, This company is using an auto diling program, They have the wrong number and were told this on the first call, 10 minutes later i get another call from the sme company. And told them this a***n

My elderly parents received a call from them and asking for information about a daughter-in-law and nephew.  When my mother gave the phone to my dad they ***g up.  This is unsettling.  Definately a scam

While I have only received phone calls from this number (and have not spoken to anyone), I googled the number and found that many people are being contacted by ***7201500.  They say that they are student loan collectors and want you to "verify personal information".  They are attempting to get peoples personal information.  If you attempt to Google the phone number, you will find many complaints.  I forsee someone falling for this and having to deal with iden***y theft!  This phone number and w***ver is responsible needs to be shut down.

When will it end, everyday they have called around lunch time for the last month, no message is ever left and I don't owe anyone anything!!!

Same thing everyone else says - They keep calling my cell phone and don't leave messages except for just now. It was the tail end of a female recording, not sure what she said but I just deleted it.

I received a call from this number.  I gets calls from various numbers, all with the same complaint here.  I have credit cards that are all current on payments and I do not have any loans.  I don't know why I am always getting calls from these freak people.

They called me. I have AES loans... I think its a scam too!

These people have called me 2x.  All my student loans were paid off 10 years ago, and my husband didn't have any student loans at all.  First time they didn't leave a message.  Second time, they left an automated message saying they needed to talk to me about "an important matter," and left their toll free # 800-233-0557 and to call back between the hours of 8 am - 9 pm EST (of course it's now EDT).  If I have no loans, what are they calling me for?

Someone called from this number stating they were from an education based company.  They told me they were looking for my oldest niece (I will not list her name here) and had a bad address for her.  They indicated she had listed me as a personal reference her.Since I know she is often not paying her bills, I gave them the only address I knew for her

The number shows up once a day on my phone with no voicemail ever left.  I do have student loans with AES but they are paid and current.  I've never tried calling them back.
