This caller is not a scammer. They ask for dob and address for hippa laws, if you refuse to verify they will not push you to do so that is why i called back. once they know they have the right person they will give you information. i took a chance on it and it was legit. this seems to be a direct line instead of toll free.

It is a SCAM! They claim to be medical so they need all your information to verify it is you. This number and the number they ask you to call is not on any WellSpan website. Do not give them any of your info.

please call back or press 1 -- when I called the number the message said it was wellspan customer service - no one picked up

Called no message ! Seems strange so I called them there number is being S****ED so they did not call !
