***-862-4080 called me also. Heavy accent not clear at all trying to scam me out of money. Says they are American legal and he/she is an investigator. But ha ha I have forward your telephone number to the Federal Trade Commission. Also when trying to call them back if they dont answer the phone rings and a voice mail comes on saying some numbers like 570022 is not available please leave a messager. They do not as much state a business name.

constant calls with threat they can put a hold on my ssn and credit report if i don't call them back. how do i get this to stop? 3309

Someone named "Mark Scott" called to say my mom had lawsuits filed a***nst her. He knew her name and address. "Mark Scott" said he worked for Law Investigations. Do not listen to this man. Hard to understand. Possibly an accent from India.

This number kept calling trying to get my personal information and would not tell me how they got my number.He said I had a lwasuit a***nst me for cromonal activity and fraud.He just kept trying to get my personal information.

A gentleman saaid his nameis Mark Jackson from some company I don't make or have bad debts he nameda bunch of companies that have nothing to do with me, I'mtired ofthis**** leav e me alone

hard tounderstand caller represents himself as some "officer", says there is a lawsuit a***nst me; threatens me with loss of my job and jail and when I ask who they are does not tell me--becomes abusive and ****s up on me !

I've been getting the same calls.  I pretty much called bu***hit on the guy, telling him that either it was someone else that had used my name or he was scamming me, and that the latter was likely the case. I knew it was fact when he couldn't come up with any defense.

Like I said keep calling the guy back and give what for. He his back off on calling my work.

This man called my job with very heavy accent could not understand him. Got no luck there.He then called my sister and thrreatened to put her in jail. She called me all worried. Now I keep getting ahold of people I CANNoT understand.

this person is a stalker he keeps on calling my phone non stop at strange hours of the day, its a bogus company that he claims hes from. have filed a police report.

I been getting calls from them and today I been calling them every half hour. They kept ****ing up then phone on me. They say they will get me fire from my job but I am the boss. If all of you keep calling them many times a day he may stop and think. They siad the paper work for me being sued is on its way and be here is 3 days. Sure once the paper work never shows up all my friends is going to keep calling them like I did. Let's light up the phone. Please post a date where you can keep calling. Like in one week and let's do it.

I got a call today and blasted these guys and kept the phone down. Please feel free to report in FBI website under internet crimes.

These guys have called me 8 times in less than 45 minutes.   They are Indian/Asian Accent - was transferred to several people - all had heavy accents - said I owed $$$$ - knew all my personal information - even my co-worker's name      I read them a statement that I was going to turn recordered conversations over to SBI, State Attorney General, FTC and they pretended that they could not hear me - After the 8th call this guy asks me "Are you going to settle this or not"?   (Never gave me a name or amt.)    I said "NOT GOING TO SETTLE ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE WITHOUT PROOF - AND YOU CAN FAX THE PROOF TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF NC.    He replies   "MY GOD - I CAN"T BELIEVE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SETTLE>    With that phone went dead - I am waiting for him to call a***n - HOW DO I GET HIM TO STOP CALLING ME AT WORK - HE HAS CALLED 8 TIMES SINCE 1:30 - AND THE LAST PHONE CALL WAS 15 MINUTES AGO.    IS THERE ANYWAY TO STOP THIS GUY?

I have also been recving these calls and they have called my sister and my husband stating that they are now liable for the debit which is funny since we never took out a loan in all our names.  Tried to talk to the man Tiger Taylor and he told me to shut my f** mouth so im reporting them to the ftc to bad I can't get any company info when you call all they say is they are the legal department of pennsylvania but no address.   this is the number they have been calling from ***-862-4080

These people are a scam.  The numbers is untraceable because it is a pre paid cell phone.  They told me I owed them 350 dollars for a pay day loan I have never done. They said the police were going to be at my work in 2 hours to have me arrested - funny thing I am currently on lay-off - just lost my job.........he said he would contact all my friends, and relatives and tell them what a loser I am. He threatened to come over to my home......I contacted the police and they took a report I also contact the FBI fraud department. They will only send a receipt if I pay them but will send no bill first nor fax. and he called himself Alan Tanner.  He told me also that there is an arrest warrant for me in PA I live in Seattle.His voice was of east indian decent and very argumentative.

States he is officer john mcclain and im being sued for a debt. He has called my phone several times and has tried calling family members as well. This man is very persistent because this is the exact same man that tried to get money rom me about 6 months ago and said he was from a law firm. I have no c****ed phone numbers 3 times. Do not give him any information. File report with ftc and with ur local policw dept. Thisman must be stopped!!

This has been going on since this past thursday. They also knows my family first names. I told my wife about it and she thinks it's a bill collector but I found out that this number is a land line from somewhere.

I was just checking my vm messages from yes****ay.  The caller said his name was "Officer Adam Smith" - or at least that's what it sounded like; there was static in the line and he had a very heavy foreign accent.  I know this is regarding a payday loan, but he said there is a lawsuit pending a***nst me, and he needs me to call before they take the papers to the courthouse.  (I'll pay them back when I have the money.  But right now, I just can't do it.)  What I really wanted to say was, if there is a lawsuit pending, I would have received the papers and not a phone call...  Sounds like bad collection practices to me.  Also, he said he was with "American Legal Proecssing Division" and that he is an "officer" by ***le.  Loan officer?  Police officer?  These are not legitimate collection practices.  Don't respond - I'm not going to.

yea i have recieved the same type calls from a officer rodger johnson on my voice mail the phone sounds like that are talking in the car with the window down and strong indan accent. they have tried to call me at work also who can i report them to?

Called and said i was goin to be arrested if i didn't give them money. Call was very broken up and it was an asian/indian type accent.

So this guy calls yes****ay in regard to my friend, saying that his name was peter, she called him back and he says there is a warrant out for her arrest in the state of PA. We live in NC.  Told her to fax him her credit card info. (YEAH RIGHT)......... So today he calls me back with lots of static in the phone saying his name is "OFFICER" Allen Tanner! And that I need to call back asap because I am in trouble with the law.  yeah yeah yeah........ This guy is funny, Dont send him anything.

got a call from this number today in Ky. Guy said his name was John and was trying to get in touch with a friend of mine. He said he was trying to help her with fraud recovery. I spoke with my friend and she said she doesn't know who they are but have been calling her and all of her friends. He told her his name was Chris Wilson. So I got on here to look the number up and saw this. She will be reporting it herself also and is waiting for this guy to call back today to try to get more info from him.

I got one of these calls about a month ago. They guy had me totally freaked out. Telling me my husband would be put behind bars! They wanted our debit card info.I did some research and this is a scam! I am in Oregon, how and to whom to I report this to? This time he is claiming to be Officer John McClain....

I got the exact same thing, but they also added I should send money to an atty in Il., checked her out with Bar****c. there..she doesnt exist! Also the address I was to send it to is a house facing forclosure! They have called and threatened my husband and work and now at home for the last 2 weeks, but offer no billing do***ents to back up their threats! heavy accent and they talk so fast you cant understand them. They have been reported to Illinois atty registry and also Illionois Bar****oc. Now I am in the process of reporting them in Pennsylvania and then Texas which is where the first stated they were from.  Tiger Taylor, John Marshall, Don Wilson and Mr White. I might add with every call we get a different amount we owe to a Payday Loan Co., but they wont give us a date or the companies name we actually owe.

Tried to get me to authorize my account to be debited...Tiger Taylor is the attorney yea....I don't think so!

They are the scammers and dnt pay them any money .....SOMEBODY WITH THE NAME MIKE JONES CALLED UP ME AND TOLD ME THAT THERE IS A LAWSUIT ITS FUNNY......I REPORTED TO FTC AND BCC.............

They tried the same thing to me, this scam have to be stopped. I will like us to inform the cops.

I got a call from this number this morning.  Pretty much how Frank describes it.  Indian accent, lots of static.  Said a friend was using my wife's name for fraud with an ongoing investigation.

Two calls today from ***-862-4080 threatening "legal action". Line had some  static and the caller spoke with what seemed an Indian accent.I'll do what I can to ***t down this ******.
