My wife got a call as well from a Mr. Rey. He told me that there was a case a***nst her in Pittsburgh because of overdue payday loans. He also said that the only options I had were to pay $483 immediately or deal with legal consequences. I told him that I needed the payday loan companies information to sort out the issue and he told me that i wasnt allowed that information. I let him know i needed his information and i would be reporting it to the local authorities and he promptly “had another call to take” and ***g up.

dont give them any money,.. they called my fiance this morning,.. and when she s****ed to denie the claim,.. he said he was going to F her in the *...... i reported to the FTC and Attorney General,... but seems the same "company" has been at this since 2008. ....... just now he called me back.... lol at the SAME number... and tried a***n,... i played along for bout 30 mins,... "***, how can i fix this,.. i dont wanna go to jail" and right as he asked for the credit card #,.. i gave him some of his own rudeness he showed to my finaceee back,...... **** HE WAS ****ED,.. AND I KEPT GOING,.... i'm gonna call him every 30 mins to do it a***n,.... was actually good stress relief.

claimed to be investigator for someone using my name fraudulently

They have called over and over at my work and my cell phone, saying the first time I owe 400, then the next time I owed 1200.  I asked for the original creditor's contact info so I knew who filed this and they gave me another number which connected right back to the same guy and he acted like he was someone totally different.  When I asked who said I owed money, they rattled off a bunch of bogus websites.

I am so sick of this as well.  ***.862.4230 called me 2 days in a roll harassing me, when I fought back the India accent said very ***** things to me and threaten me to make my life a living nightmare (as much as you could understand him)  He called himself Daryl Brown.  When he called somehow they can cover there phone number with my caller ID said 928.692.9379 which when I said give me your number for my lawyer to call back he gave me a wrong number so I called ***.862.4230 and asked for Daryl brown and the India guy said this is him, then i asked for Officicer Johnson (which never called me ) *** he said that he is working on my file.  Then I aske him to stop calling and I did report them to the local FBI the United Legal Nations Department and the FTC.   They keep c****ing the payday loan companies.  They can not keep it straight.  I am being harrased and threaten by them with bad words over the phone and they are very bad.  I just will not answer or **** up.  They are not worth it.  I will file more complaints and keep letting the public know because I do know someone who was scammed by this.  As long as people are scared they will keep getting money and so someone needs to help s**** so****ing to s**** protecting and STOP these people.

The same thing happen to me today. Richard Johnson or w***ver was that called have details of my old bank account, the gentleman got a hard Indian voice. Not happy about this. I have to investigate more, because I don’t owe anything to any Cash One USA Company. Very upset. he did not want o give any details or fax me any information in regards the claim that he suppose to have. I will makes sure the Richard Johnson will not harass me a***n. He got the Wrong Person for this kind of BS……

got called buy that number same story different guy. said i took a pay day loan never paid it back, and i have never gotten any kind of loan. he gave me a fake case number and said they was taking me to court. it is no doubt a scam.

Called and asked to speak to a name I could not even understand, told him he had the wrong number, he told me he did not have the wrong number and tried to argue with me about it so I ***g up. He called back 5 min. later asking to speak with someone else and I reminded him that he had just called asking for someone different and he ***g up on me.

They sound very Arab like and my guy's name was Senior Investigting Officer Robert Smith. They claim that there is a lawsuit filed a***nst me and they are trying to clear up this problem. I told him to send me the paperwork so my lawyer could look at it and he said it would be at my place tomorrow and ***g up on me. Also, called someone from my work.

Said to be "Officer John McClain" from America Legal Processing Division and he stated that I was being investigated. He called my place of employment!!! He sounded like he was from India *** the last time I checked John McClain was an AMerican name!?

threaten to file civil lawsuit

Somebody has been calling my house. He says his name is Richard Johnson, and he says that he is from American Law Processing Division.  He said that he has a lawsuit a***nst me. He said I owe money, which is not true.  I always have good credit.  It is getting worse, he is harassing my children, and they are scared.  He told my 10 year old  that he is pressing charges a***nst me.  It is pathetic that some people would do anything that they want to get money.

Caller says says collecting for some loans from 2008.

"Officer John McClane" called my wife's cell phone and left a message claiming to be investigating a law suit aginst her for an unpaid loan. This is the number left for her to call back. This is a Scam, don't let them bully you into paying money you do not owe.

I have received several calls from this # and other similar numbers. They threaten to send me to jail if I do not pay them. They claim to work for CashNETUSA. However CASHNETUSA saus no they do not. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. But I need a physical address to send them a cease and stop letter.
