Falsely claiming to be a lawyer or calling from a "law firm" under ANY cir***stances is a felony UPL violation. (Unlicensed Practice of Law). State and federal law prohibits impersonating a lawyer, judge, police officer or claims to represent them. "Mike" is looking at serious prison time if he's caught and prosecuted. Each call is a separate count.

scam call for a bogus debt i do not have from "an attorney's office". guy said he jsut stepped out for lunch on his voicemail which he left me at 958a. Then he had to check for his call back number, which was this number although he called from a 570 area code.
