Call not answered. Have received numerous unwanted calls from Credit Card Services who is a notorious spammer that ignores do not call lists.

Got a phone call (12:58pm) from an out-of-state number that I didn't "know" or recognize. (Does this mean that they are involved in Interstate Fraud?) They, of course, left no message. As always, I didn't answer, but looked up the number here. I am on the National Do-Not-Call List, and have been for a number of years now. (I guess this is our government at work for us. [Or not working for us.]) I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints AND to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and see if that can get the government to work for me, and stop these calls. (Yes I will go through all those steps.) [I have also bookmarked these URL's.] I have also****igned a silent ringtone to this number. (I am up to 77 now.) We should all pile on.

Got a call this afternoon. Didn't answer. I also looked on another site and the posts said that it was a credit card scam; people looking to get your info with the ruse of lowering your interest rate without even telling you which card or what company they work for. If you ask them who they are, apparently they simply **** up on you. Beware.

got a call today, didn't recognize the number and didn't pick up. Also they didn't leave a message.

Called 11:14 PDT, no message left, when I called back, got a busy signal.

called to reduce my interest rate on my credit card when i asked for which card they said visa i told them i do not have a visa card but i do have a discover card and they said that would be fine they can lower the rate on that card to i gave no info and ***g up

called, i answered, heard some kinda sound. then they ***g up

Called and left no message, I tried to call back and the line was busy.
