They keep on calling me, i have seen this # reported everywhere but no body inform us what to do to stop them, there are too many reports on more than 10 sites, is there any law enforcement agency who is going to investigate and take action about those people after all these reports.

They said they were actually calling from Montreal.  They were polite, calm and not pushy.  They said their web URL is pulsetelecom.com/main  They said they can give me a deal on overseas calling, even if I would not use it often.  Heavy accent.

Beware of dealing with those thiefs who are calling and harrasing people on thier Cell phone ,they should be shut down by the authertiesfor they are scam.
