They are Card Member Services. They claim to be able to lower your interest rate on a credit card balance. They are an automated call. That plays a recorded message. No human person to say. Hey. I'm on Do Not Call. Stop calling this number. I even turned it over to the Do Not Call Registry people That didn't make them stop.

Beware ! ! ! They Are Not Who They Claim To Be - This Is A Subversive Attempt To Verify Who You Are. The Only Way To Stop These Kinds Of Calls Is To Make Them Pay. Always Answer - They Have To Pay For Completed Call. Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.
