Same as everyone else is saying. I'm not even from the US and using a month to month, no contract cell phone until I get home to South Africa. Never filed US taxes since I am a tourist so there is no way I could have charges a***nst me from the IRS.

Called claiming to be IRS and for me to call back to discuss my allegations or else I will be arrested in 24 Hours. Called the number back and when I questioned them on if they were the IRS the lady ***g up on me.

The IRS doesn't call anyone!

As all others have commented....this is a SCAM phone call threatening arrest, etc. Do not answer or call them back!! My wife receives the same calls.

Yeah. Same old IRS scam call. If they’re going to be making these scam calls in the US, you would think they would at least get the English correct!!

Left a message implying I’m getting arrested because Tge IRS is looking into my books and they believe I committed a fraud

"Notification regarding your tax filings from the headquarters which will get expired in the next 24 working hours and once it get expired after that you will be taking under custody by the local police as there are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment..." the IRS NEVER calls regarding your taxes. Plus I didn't have a return, so it's total ********.

Says I have 4 allegations a***nst me and to call back to discuss the case.

Left me a VM the police will arrest me in the next 24h but never said who is calling, just to call back to discuss my case

Same robotic caller as the others claiming to be from IRS.

They left a robotic voice message saying that I have four serious allegations a***nst me and will be taken in by the local police in New York. I haven't been to NY since I was 7.

Claims to be enforcement arm of the IRS. I have 24 hrs. to call them back or else....blah blah

Scam, claimed to be irs.

Claims I have 4 allegations a***nst me. I need to call before they take further legal action.

Said was IRS with 4 actions a***nst me requesting personal info before they are forced to take legal action a***nst me.

Called stating I have 4 criminal charges a***nst me to a city I have never been. I guess I will see you all in the same jail cell :)

They claim in very poor English to be the IRS stating that you’re in trouble and will be brought into custody if you don’t contact them to discuss the issue. It’s a scam!
