This just happend to me right now a***n for the 2nd time. The first time they called and the guys was rude and everything happend just the same as Sutz. I also filed a complaint with the FBI, but i guess nothing has came of it since they have called me a***n. Is there anything else i should do?

I have received several phone calls from this person saying he is from the fraudulent department and a lawsuit has been formed a***nst me for an unpaid payday loan. While I do have payday loans, I have been paying them off. I do not see anything in my back account as to what he is referring to.  He has the last 4 digits of my social, my address, my sisters phones numbers, and my work information.  He has called my sisters and threatened them as well. He says that if I do not pay a large amount then I would have to go to court in California. He has a foreign accent and every time he calls I can barely understand him. I have already filed a complaint with the FBI and FTC. What else can I do? I tried to block his number but somehow he got through a***n. Should I be saving the voicemail he leaves?

These people keep calling me and threatening me as well stating i owe for a cash advance.  They are scam artists
