5/28/2008; 5:53 p.m.: Received two calls on two different lines from King Teleservices, with caller id showing 718 361-4100.  In both cases the outbound predictive dialing system at the telemarketer failed to****ign a representative to the call, so all I got was open air.  I have no prior business involvement with the firm and all numbers are registered on the DNC lisst.  I called this number and was greeted by the typical rude and ignorant representative who claimed she did not know who she worked for and she did not call - despite my attempt to explain that it was her firm and not her personally.  I asked for a supervisor and got the voicemail of the HR department.  The corporate HQ is (800) 817-5468;  www.king-teleservice.com.  Call and complain to Tom Del V*****o, chairman, D F King services.
