2 days of phone calls from this number saying I won 500 dollars in a survey then the next day a 1000. When I asked them what survey they ***g up. when I call back the number is no longer in use.
I got a call from this man saying I won a 500$ gift card and then he s****ed mumbling and I couldn't understand the rest. Based on the other 3 comments, I know it was a scam.
This number has contacted me three times in the last two days...since I did not recognize the area code I did not answer the first two calls. The third one I answered but the man on the other end wasn't willing to speak with me once I identified myself as an attorney investigator for the AG's office. Further, when you call the number back it is not a legitimate number which rings back to an actual number. I have do***ented this as a su****ious call (possibly fraud related).
I got a call from India I am****uming. I told them I do not do any kind of business with India and when he tried to keep talking I ***g up on him. Can you say thieves?
I got a call from a Middle Eastern accented man who gave me my name and address, saying I won a $500 gift card, but he needed my debit or credit card number in order to charge me $1 for shipping and handling. When I told him I didn't know if he were legit and I didn't give personal information on the phone, he got loud, argumentative and demanding. I had to **** up on him because he refused to take "NO".
