Just got a call from this number and much like Annoyed it was the same lady with a very thick accent wanting me to play a "scratch game" to win $25K INSTANTLY with NO STRINGS ATTACHED! Nope...she was very persistent, I politely asked to be removed from the list (we are a business line), I finally had to cut her off and **** up.

Caller ID came up as "New York" - answered - there was a moment of silence, then a lady (with a thick accent) said she was calling from IMS or INS Finance regarding their "scratch off"...I stopped her by saying, "we're not interested, this is a business, take us off your call list immediately". She continued o speak saying "Ma'am I was calling..." I just ***g up.
