There was a class action lawsuit filed this past year a***nst Sallie Mae for calling people's cell phones. It is a***nst the law for them to call your cell phone. Tell them it's your cell phone and you are recording the conversation. That will stop it.

It is Sallie Mae! They are calling my mother's cell phone, even tho she keeps telling them that she's not me. They s**** calling promptly at 9am and call at least 4-5x a day! They even call after the have talked to my mom! I used to collect on student loans(didn't last long) but they are breaking the law by continuing to call more than 1x per day. They can only call 1x per day if they have made contact,either by speaking to someone or leaving a mssg. They can call more than 1x per day if they don't leave a mssg. But they keep calling!!! My mom has even told them that it is her cell and they are wasting minutes. I have made numerous attempts to get****istance w/my loan but they are refusing to help me!! My other loans are w/Wells Fargo and they have been excellent in finding ways to help me!!!Sallie Mae can go to*****! They are very nasty people!

Low lifes....calling my number that used to be someone elses. I have told them numerous times I am not them. I have told them numerous times to quit calling me and to take me off the list. I will report them to the proper authorities. They still keep calling. Time to report them!

Sallie Mae - 8:14 am call s****ed by them using wrong last name, then they said hold on lets see where your nbr came from.  Are you____ and do you live on ______drive?  Yes...we are looking for one of your neighbors!  I said I don't know them, then they used a first name I said lives next door but not personal friends...well if you see them we are calling from Sallie Mae about their student loans and would you please mention to them that we are trying to reach them.  ARE THEY KIDDING - DIDN'T THEY GET ENOUGH MONEY FROM THE GOVERNMENT IN THE RECENT BAIL OUT!  AND WHY WOULD I WANT TO KNOW THE PERSONAL FINANCIAL BUSINESS OF MY NEIGHBOR WHOM I ONLY WAVE TOO ON OCCASION - WOW UNBELIEVABLE - VERY LOW
