Heavy Indian accent man says he’s from the **** precinct NYPD and there’s complaints about me and I have to speak to his senior officer, i said oh yea come with a warrant I don’t believe you and ***g up. Unbelievable

Heavy Indian accent guy claiming to be a NY police detective. Said that I’m under criminal investigation and ask me to cooperate and provide personal informations. I ***g up right away.

Heavy Indian accent guy lying to check the number on google to see it’s the police department except on the iPhone it spells out in a ghetto way “Nyc Pol Dpt 73r” like missing numbers and letters… SCAM saying I was under criminal investigation and I will have to cooperate with information. STAY AWAY

Do not give your information out. This is fraud. They are trying to obtain your personal information saying there's a drug money laundering investigation. This man with a heavy Indian accent pretended to be a Spanish officer from the precinct. Once I said I will call my friends who are officers to confirm, he ***g up.

Asked if I was who I am (I didn’t confirm), I asked who was calling- heavily accented man saying his name is Mike Johnson with the New York State Police Department (gave no rank and NYS police department doesn’t exist). I asked why he was calling and then he ***g up. Googled the number after and he seems to be s****ing a NYC precinct’s actual number.
