Received a missed call from (718)526-8740. The line was immediately busy during all my attempts to call back.

I received a call from this number, from NY. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. May 6, 2014

Call from 718-526-8740. Could not hear well. Said they would call back. Same person called from another number 541-200-3337. Said represented a company that handles rate reductions for credit card companies. Asked for exp date and 1st 4 digits on card. Then asked for rest of card # for verification purposes. Said not comfortable giving to them, they should have it already. Said they did but needed to verify I was who I was and had correct card. Said they could not do anything with card without security code. I said still not comfortable and that I'd call my card directly. They ***g up quickly. My card said it WAS NOT them calling me, it was a scam.
