I got a call today from this number, the first call I didn't answer and received a message from a Bella that had a deep accent telling me that I owe an outstanding cash advance, I have been fooled by two other scams in the past that I ended up paying them, because I was not aware of this going on and had some payday loans that I didn't pay but I was in communication with them to work out payment plans. I then called them back and talked to a Dave and he also had an accent and couldn't provide much information, when I told him that I didn't have an outstanding loan with the company he was claiming I had. I told him to provide me the payday loan information he said sure and placed me on hold and disconnected me. Beware total scam.

I got a call yes****ay from a Dave saying that he was with ACE my payday loan company and that from now on my loan would have to be paid by Credit Card or Depit card and that I could not pay with case from now on I told him that I didnt  understand and that I always paid cash and that I would not pay that way and he had to email me all the information that we talked about .He has called now 3 times and when i answer there is no one there. I called my loan company and told them of this and they where just a surprised as me and said that they never call and ask that kinda thing and I gave them the information. The call is coming from some where in the Bronxs area of New York. So all beware of this scam if you have a loan.

Recvd approx 60 calls this week @ least 10/day. The caller id for this number said 403-009-69081,512-409-68095 and 254-300-9***79 Using name of Payday Collections Bur today threatening to take away drivers lic and my ss card??? Just like above very hard to understand. When I called back they said if I wanted anything in writing it would mean they would file papers and I would have to pay $10. They also use company name BCI (Bureau of Collections Investigation) and The Cannon Law Firm. I will have to look up local police dept and give them that too.

This is a straight hustle.  They have been calling all week and I finally got around to calling them back today.  I talked to one guy who said that I have an outstanding loan since last Nov and I said really, if you say so fax over the paperwork too me so I can take a look at it.  He said okay, I'm still waiting for it.  So I thought that I would rattle their chain, I called back and talked to another person, this time they didn't tell me the month just the amount of $500 and I said really, I am still waiting on the fax from the previous agent.  I asked him to fax me also and I said you can fax me right now because I am right by the fax ma****e, he said his boss would have to do it, I said okay I can wait.  Then I asked him what the name of his company was and he said financial department, I said the name of the company, not the department and he told me the company name is Payday Collection, I asked for the complete address and he said it is 72 East Road Brooklyn NY 11403 which is a bogus address.  I asked him his name and it is Watson, and I also advised him that I know this is a complete SCAM and that the address doesn't exist and to get me off your shakedown list, because you aren't getting anything out of me, and he said um um um okay and the next thing I got was a dial tone.  I called back and got put on hold indefinitely, then I called back a***n and it went to voicemail.  Don't pay these people anything, who knows how they got our info, we more than likely will never find out how, just realize that ....THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM, HUSTLE, CON, don't be a ****ER....Especially in these harsh economic times, don't get taken.

I believe these people work for the payloan people and gather information at work to scram people out of money. The paylaon people should be responsible for hiring a&&^%$$#es.

Hello all,This number s****ed calling me this morning saying the same exact things about a payday loan I applied for back in Dec,that i cancelled. They are now using the company name Cash Advance America, and claim their website is paydayloanlinksnotallowed. They made numerous threats BEWARE! How can we shut them down? I am so glad I found this out about their number. This is terrible. They claim that if I pay them $50 they will drop their lawsuit. They speak terrible english and use silly names like Officer Daniel Run, and Brian Smith. Ridiculous.

I just received a call at work so I informed the rude man on the other line to call me after work, so he asked for my cell number and I gave him the number to the local police departments non-emergency number. Maybe he will go away....
