Calls my cell phone during working hours. When I try to return the call I get a recording that it is out of service. It is a landline from Astoria, NY and a scam. I don't know anybody there.

I had a call from that number they said I owed them money from a concert in Ohio, i dont know who is that person. I guess he did bad things and he is in Jail so I wont worry.

It is definitely someone in Rikers Island (Jail) I have my friend there and he calls me all the time from that same phone number.
