Dec 10, 2010: Found a phone message similar to the above Feb. 24. Don't have caller ID, but confirm number was the same cell phone 719-313-5911 in Colo. Springs. These time-share-thieves keep trying new ways to get money for nothing. I also will not call, thanks to the above information.

Said he had rented a timeshare for $3600. I do not own a time share. Call 719-313-5911.

I recieved same message. Time share is rented for $3600 call to confirm.  I looked up the name on the caller ID which was Liborgdotcom.  Thankful I saw all the comments from each of you.  So I never returned the call.

I received message from Liborg Dot Com 206  445-6646 (caller ID) at 2:45pm 5/25/10 message states they have rented my timeshare week for $3600.please call 719 313-5911 to confirm then repeats message.  I called the # left on message and they answered to phone "Hello" I waited before responding and she responded with this is ???? with Global Services.  I told her I was returning their call. She s****ed asking questions about the name of my timeshare.  I responded by telling her that she should know the name of my timeshare since they called me.  She responded by saying I would have to give her the name because their system was down.....I'm so sure!!!! She transferred me to her supervisor who also insisted that I give her the name of my timeshare.  I gave her the same response.  She told me they would call me back and quickly ***g up on me.  If this was a legitimate call they should already know all my information.  BEWARE, BEWARE, BAWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received the automated call about 'renting your timeshare for $3600 a week'. the Caller ID said 'LIBORG' and the call ID number was 206-445-6546. The recorded message said to call 719-313-5911. I do have a timeshare, but I'm on the do-not-call list, so this is an illegal call to me.

I had a message left on my ma****e.  They seem to like the $3600 amount because that is what they "rated my time share" at.  I called back, got a synthesized voice but no company name.  The extension is "busy" but leave "your name and number".  I smell a rat.

we just got the robo call showing the number 521-989-0322 which is an area code that does not exist.They are still pit****g renting your unit for up to $3600.  Don't give them your credit card number

I too had a call on my voice mail today, stating they have rented my time share week for $3600.  However, I do not have my week listed to be rented. This is a scam, as I received a letter from my time share a few weeks ago warning me of these calls. The return number to call was 719-313-5911.

I received the call saying that "We have rented your timeshare for $3,600, please call to confirm."  I called to make sure that they had not called me in error when someone else who was expecting the call wouldn't recieve it. The individual picked up and I explained to her my concern.  She was briefly hesitant and I stated "Please don't tell me this is a trick."  She was silent for a moment then went into her "scripted dialog" about "We can rent your timeshare for "up to" $3,600"  People this is deceptive practice and I don't care how hard times are it is bold face lying!  I reported them verbally and in writing to the State Atty General and I would suggest that you do the same.  I found the company listed as Global Services.

I got the same call 4/21/10.  Here's an idea...why don't one of you friendly posters who love this company let me know the name and contact info.  Based on your favorable dealings, you should have easy access to the name, address and email.  Thanks.

I received the typical call about my timeshare would be rented for $3700 if I would confirm by calling 719 313 5911.  Funny thing - I do not own a timeshare. I did once but sold it about two years ago.

Same as janecita below; we received a call today from a man with a low gruff voice saying " we have rented your timeshare for $3600. Call this number to cofirm" April 12,2010

I just received a call from this company.  Very funny that everyone at the office "in Colorado" has a far eastern accent - can we spell India/****stan?

a bogus call telling us they rented out timeshare. No name given, or company...just a loud male voice.

I'm thinking this is a scam...I received vmsg today that my timeshare was rented for $3,600 and that I should call 719-313-5911 to confirm. It was a male electronic voice. No company name was identified...only a phone#. Problem is that I did not list my timeshare with any broker.

This company is repeatedly violating the DO NOT CALL law.  Please send in their number to the FTC as I did.  This telemarketer will be prosecuted.  Ignore the company hired trolls suggesting these calls are somehow legit. Each call to a do not call regitered phone number is a violations of federal regulations.

Called and said that they had reserved my time share for a week and to call this number back to confirm. I didn't rent a time share.

Our country was built on Sales People.  You sound like a communist to me.  You sound very unamerican.  Every Business in the USA needs to use the phone.  Dont answer your phone if you dont want to.  Dont send jobs away from the USA. Buy American or buy from a foreigner, but someone is going to make the call.  I am a salesperson and remember that everytime a sales person calls.  If I dont like then I **** up or I shut the door.

I got the same message.  My week was listed with a broker and I called my broker to see if they had give the company my number.  First call I got where someone wanted to rent my week.  I have been trying for a while.  I called and there was no upfront fee.

I wonder if the people praising the company, who is knowingly breaking the law, work for the company. As for feeling sorry for telemarkerters........NOT, NEVER. Telemarketing is a business model which relies on annoying people for a living. If I want so****ing I will pickup MY phone and order it.

I HOPE ALL THE COMPLAINTS ARE LEGITIMATE AS WELL.  I NEVER GOT A CALL BUT WAS SEAR****G THE INTERNET AND NOTICED THIS SITE.  I AM A TELEMARKETER AND JOBS ARE GETTING SCARCE.  PLEASE REMEMBER, WE ARE SUFFEREING AN ECONOMIC COLLAPSE AND OUR GOVERNMENT IS GOING BROKE.  NOT ONLY AM I HAVING TROUBLE FINDING A JOB HERE IN THE US BECAUSE MOST COMPANIES ARE GOING OVERSEAS, OUR COUNTRY IS ALSO GOING BROKE TRYING TO IMPOSE SO MANY LAWS.  I THINK THAT THE WALL STREET BANKS AND THE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES ARE TRYING TO GET OUR FOCUS AWAY FROM THE REAL PEOPLE THAT ARE BREAKING THE LAW.  THANKS, I AM A CONCERNED CITIZEN....

I'd like to ad that I hope the people posting that they are a great company are legit and not the company doing damage control... that would be sad.

Caller ID said unknown.  They left a message saying they've rented my timeshare week for $3600, call to confirm and leave this number.  No company name given.  Maybe they are a legit group and do good work if you want them to help you with your timeshare, but they definitely cold called me which is wrong and illegal in my case b/c I have an unlisted number and I'm on the do not call list (only surveyors, charities, and companies you do business with are supposed to call you if you're on do not call).  Not sure how they got our home number... We do have timeshares and it's possible they got my home number from the timeshare resorts, but a) I'm not sure that it's my home number that the resorts would have on file, and b) If they did I don't approve of the resorts giving my info out on some list.  I'm reporting them to do not call and asking the timeshare companies about it.  If I wasn't on the do not call list there wouldn't be anything illegal or wrong about this call but we are and companies should obey the rules.

Call me all the time.  They are annoying and breaking the law.  Report them.

I got the same call.  They were very helpful.  I had my week up for rent with a broker who had charged me an upfront fee and they helped me rent it out with no upfront fee.  The person that helped me was named Stacey.

I am a salesman so I dont mind getting calls.  The way the economy is I might need a job a***n.  I agree about unwanted calls but this is an unwanted recession.  If government keeps on regulating everything, in a few years every company might s**** going overseas.

I got the same call.  I am a Timeshare owner and this is the first company that did not ask me for an upfront fee.  Thank god they called because I have been trying to rent for along time!

This is the number left by an automated system for me to call back and authorize a rental of my timeshare for $3700 a week.  However, I have never rented, owned or even stayed in a timeshare.  These calls come repeatedly from many different numbers even though I have repeated filed complaints as well as have an unlisted phone number which is also registered with Do Not Call.
