I believe all these number s****ing with 719-466 are people who use calling cards and their phone call is directed thru this number so you can't tell where the phone call is coming from.My Girlfriend calls me from California and my caller ID shows various telphone number's when she calls me and they all s**** with 719-466 Colorado Springs..She uses calling card..
