Tried to call the # back and received a recording that # was disconnected, or nolonger in service

Received a call from this num**** today and it was about a stimulus pkg on mtgs from the Pres. The caller when I asked who it was ***g up and when I tried to call the # back, the recording said not a working #, disconnected or no longer in service
