it's a scam, the guy is trying to get your credit card info. Says "This is your cc company, and we'd like to offer you an interest rate as low as **X%" Please press 9 for more info... then this ****** comes on and I cursed him out.
The number appeared on my phone. No message.
Got a call at 1020pm last night from this number, some kind of recording, honestly didn't listen long enough to know what it was since it woke me up.
