12.31.2008 ~ 719.471.9355 ~ called our home ~ caller did not speak when we answered their call ~ caller did not speak and did not ****-up ~ after haning up the phone, we called the number and there was no answer ~ caller ID was 719.471.9355.

Calls constantly, but there is never anyone there.  Calling back just results in busy.

The call is an automated message that is looking for families to take in high school foreign exc****e students.  They want you to leave basic info..name, address and phone number. Says they will be arriving in August and need to match them up with suitable families.  Interesting enough, I had to listen to the message.  I didn't know that they could call random people like that.  Makes me wander if it is a scam or what it is. Also, wonder if they are only calling local people.  The area code is for Colorado Springs, just so happens that is where I am from.
