As soon as the number messaged, I realized it was a scammer because of the area code. I informed the person that I will report them to the authorities as this is the 3rd message I received in 3 days from an unusual number. The person then blocked me.

Asked if I was under 18…… very strange man please investigate this. Don’t answer block right away. Wanted to know details about my life.

He sent me a message through Instagram wanting my phone number and asked me to join hangout Gmail he said he was widowed with one child he got a bit angry when I wouldn’t give him my number he sent his to me o he said he was working in Iraq but was from Ireland

I received a voicemail like the other comments and I blocked my number and called the number back and no one answers and there isn't a voicemail either. I wanted to have some fun with these guys but they won't answer. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Its a scam. It is a recorded voice with threats or legal action.

They called saying I was in serious legal trouble and to call them back before they involved their attorney.

Total Scam. Said there were serious "allegations" pressed on my name (but didn't mention my name). They requested that I get back to them to discuss the case before they take any "legal action" on me. Don't fall for it

7199828361 is a scammer. They said they were from the IRS and that I was seriously delinquent in my taxes. They said that I had to call this number right back or have my lawyer call them right back as they were from the IRS.
