Received a phone call today from a Alex Williams he called me from 4157793044 and a***n from 6464701673. He said I had a loan I did not pay with cash net market in the amount of $530.00 and when the payment was processed it came back NSF!! I was like***** no because first I have never received a loan from this company and second I monitor my account at least five times a day so I know what is, has  and is trying to come through and if I saw so****ing like that then I would have closed my account after I disputed the charges of course. He gave me the same case number #CFI150781.....I did not know so many people can have the same case number!!!!!! I asked him for a letter of debt with the original lender's name and phone number and the amount I owe and he refused to give it to me when by law I am en***led to this information. Now because of these ****s I have to c****e my account number, get a new debit card, and file fraud on my name!! I also filed a FTC compliant as well.

I RECEIVED A BLOCKED CALL AND ANSWERED.UGH WHY DID I DO THAT? THE GUY ON THE OTHER END HAD A STRONG AFRICAN/INDIAN ACCENT. HE S****ED TELLING ME HOW HE HAD AN AFFIDAVIT WITH MY NAME ON IT. HE HAD THE LAST FOUR DIGITS OF MY SOCIAL AND ADDRESS ALSO MY FULL NAME. SO I WAS KINDA BELIEVING HIM UNTIL HE SAID MY CHECK FROM MY BANK DIDN'T CLEAR. WHOOHH NOW!!! I DON'T HAVE A BANK, AND HAVEN'T HAD ONE IN 6 YEARS. HE SAID I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY FOR A LAYER OR PAY OFF THIS $300 LOANS I GOT FROM CASHNET I NEVER APPLIED FOR A LOAN SO I S****ED GETTING ****ED. HE SAID I HAD 20 DAYS TO PAY OR I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO COURT WITH A LAYER. HE GAVE ME THE NUMBER ABOVE TO CONTACT HIM WHEN I HAD THE FUNDS. I ASKED WHERE MY COPY OF THIS SO CALLED AFFIDAVIT AND IF I COULD GET IT FROM MY LOCAL COURT HOUSE HE SAID NO HE ALSO STATED THAT THE PEOPLE THAT I 'OWE" DIDN'T WANT TO TALK TO ME. I CURSED HIS**** OUT!!! HOW U WANT ME TO PAY FOR SO****ING I FIRST OF ALL NEVER APPLIED FOR AND SECONDLY HOW U GONNA TELL ME THEY DON'T WANNA TALK TO ME BUT I SUPPOSED TO SEND OFF MONEY!!!***** NO. I GOOGLED THIS CASE NUMBER CFI 150781 THERE ARE OTHERS THAT HAVE GOTTEN SIMILAR CALLS. ITS A BUNCH OF DOG ****!!!
