Called my cell phone (which is on both the state and fed DNC lists). Spam robo-call for car insurance rates; possibly a scam. Reported on other spam call tracking sites that *if* you manage to get to a person, they will tell you that they "don't care"that your number is on a DNC list ...but they'll take you off their list anyway. Also refuse to give information about what company is doing the calling.

I called this number, and found out it is insurance company.
