Dear Western Health Systems Inc.,I received a call this evening from someone stating they worked for Western Health Systems Inc. and they were doing a brief survey on indoor and outdoor air pollution. The man had a heavy accent and stated he had 5 questions and it would only take about 15 seconds. I agreed to answer the survey questions and wish I never did.  The call came from 720-310-7130 and there are all kinds of people on the Internet who have received similar calls from the same number, with concerns of who was really calling them. If you call the number back, you get an answering system and the mail box is full. You haves a couple other options, dial another extension, operator (0), or directory.I would like to know if this person or person's work for you or is****ociated with your company in any way? Never a***n will I answer this type of survey call and only because I was caught off guard, did I reluctantly actually answer the questions.The questions asked were:1. Do I have any allergy's2. How old is my vacuum and what ***nd3. What year is my car4. Do I work or am I retired5. My daughter got a call from this number, asking for me (her Mom).  When she told the man I wasn't home, he asked her how old she was.  Then he complemented her on her "nice deep voice".My daughter said he was really hard to understand on the phone so she couldn't understand anything else he said.  She got really creeped out!

we just got a call from that number, a male, he asked for my dad, i said **** on a second and handed my dad the phone. but the caller ***g up when my dad said*****o.

I didn't know the number.  They left a message of breathing into the phone.  Sounded like a party in the background.  Idiots.

Number showed up as "unknown name" on my caller ID.  I answered.  It was a guy with a heavy middle eastern accent doing "research".  He asked for 15 seconds, so I agreed.  He went into some speil about pollution and asked if anyone in the house had asthma or allergies or pets.  I said no.  Then he asked what type of vacuum I had, and how old it was.  I told him, and then he s****ed asking about my car (I think - he was bit hard to understand).  I told him I was done talking and ***g up.  He called back immediately, twice, but I just let the phone ring.  I probably shouldn't have answered at all, as I feel that a legitimate company would  have their name shown on the caller ID, and not be "unknown."
