Broken English, Indian accent, call center noise in background

keep getting calls and when I answer I hear noise in the background for a couple of seconds and then I am ***g up on.

Have had several calls on my caller ID from 702-368-9055 and 9053. Finally was home today when they called - it's a phishing scam. They s**** by telling you that they're representing 'your magazines' and are calling to warn you not to respond to any phone calls from anyone else trying to get you to extend your subscriptions, THEN they tell you that they just need to 'update their data base' and s**** asking for your occupation, marital status, date of birth and more.  I got the same call from a similar number last week, realized after they asked for DOB that it was a scam. Today I shut the guy down as soon as he said the bit about updating their records.  Both times, the person on the phone got very argumentative when I confronted them about being a scam and were yelling at me as I ***g up the phone.  Obviously, these people are up to no good; hopefully they'll quit calling now that I'm on to them.  My husband has been getting the same number on his cell too, but he never answers calls he doesn't recognize
