Just got a call from this number, but no one talked.

That is a "diabetic" outfit with that phone number. They make money from the government on every "client" they snare. Telling them not to call doesn't do any good. They will harrass the***** out of you. Perhaps a call to the DA's office could put a stop to it. If not, perhaps a law suit.

I called the carrier for 720-439-4063 (It is Bandwidth.com).  They verified it is one of their numbers.  They told me I had to lodge a complaint with the Denver Police Dept..  When I receive the next call, that is what I will do.  I suggest all other to overload them, so they will investigate this issue.

Have been getting several calls from this # over the past few weeks. They never leave a message, so they must not want my money that badly. Idiot telemarketers.
