Yep, same experience, same guy, John? both times, wanting to deliver emergency alert system........what?

Received a call from (720)449-2910 2x's yes****ay (both apparently auto-dialed). The first time I pressed 1 and got a live person. I asked to be removed, but the "*****" rep said "why would you want to do that?". I said I'm on the Do Not Call Registry, his reply "So what? That doesn't do anything." I then said I would report the next call as harassment. His reply, "Do you know how to do that?", then I heard a click and he was gone. The second call (same number just an hour later) went to voice mail. He (clearly *****) prattled on about a free home security system, and "wait, let me see... yup, it says here that it's already been paid for" I've reported this to the DO NOT CALL registry and now trying to contact my local PUC to put a stop to this idiot!!! This is some kind of spam. It is the second time they have called insisting they need to deliver a medical alert system which I did not order and the male caller is very insistent. Scary!
