Called twice, leaving no message. Return call revealed it was debt collection agency "P. Scott Lowery Law Group." According to website "stopcollectors.com," they have been sued 41 times in Federal Court. They routinely violate the FDCPA.

They call all hours of the night and on our phone it costs ME MONEY and sleep. I cannot turn off my phone at night as I want my elderly parents or my children to be able to call me. These 1-2 3 4 am phone calls are driving me crazy. If you call back their voice mail box is full. How do we find out who these people are. We are on the do not call list. I have had it!!!

Lack of phone etiquette I must add. People should learn to identify themselves first, what company they are calling from and then say they want to speak to such and such. ****es me off.

THIS IS A LAW FIRM THAT TRIES TO COLLECT CHARGED OFF LOANS. THEY BUY THEM FROM THE CREDITOR FOR PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR AND THEN MAKE MONEY TRYING TO COLLECT WHAT THEY CAN FROM THE DEBTOR.
