These people are flat out rude. I've told them multiple times that I am not the person they want but they just keep calling

Its a collection agency by the name BC. They are collecting for University Physicians/Childrens Hospital. Its a legit attempt to collect.

These people are just a bunch of ****s. I told them several times to stop calling me and they continue to call my cell phone. I am tired of the phone calls and and plan to write the contact the attorney general of Colorado to report this harassment.
