The do not call is for USA tele-marketers. Clearly, w***ver is calling you is foreign. Either you are dumber than a box of rocks, or they are. Which is it? If you are, then you will continue to be harrassed. If they are, then you will find a way to have fun with them. Figure it out.

I would suggest that your remove TEXTING from your phone for a while, until they realize you don't have it anymore. Then, put it back on. I did that for a month. They didn't text me anymore after that. Use the technology a***nst them.

Because these are non-USA numbers, guess what? FTC can do nothing. Do Not Call can do nothing. You are stuck. SO, I suggest you all use your creativity to thwart them. I answer the call and let them talk, going about my business. OR, I put the phone next to a radio. OR, if I do not have that number in my Contacts list, I forward their call automatically to my local weather station. It is a lot of fun to do all this to them. I simply love it! That's the at***ude you should have. HAVE FUN WITH THEM!

I received a text on my cell from this number. I am on the do not call registry and also report these numbers to my state's attorney general. Some of us have to pay for these text messages. Hate them.

I just received a text from this number. My cell is also registered on the national Do Not Call Registry. The message was very similar to what was listed a few comments down.
