On do not call. No message left.

CALLED OUR PHONE BUT NO TALKING JUST MUSIC

This telephone number keeps calling, and calling, and calling.  I finally waited a few minutes a couple of days ago and called the number to tell them to STOP.  An automated voice answered that this extension is busy and that I could leave a message.  I left a message, yes!  I warned them to stop calling and that I belonged to the "Do Not Call" list.  A couple of seconds later, the same phone number called both my home phone and then my cell phone......and have continuously called regardless of my message.  This is frustrating!  Wish I could find out who it is to rreport them.

some lady with a thick foreign accent telling me she was returning my call for my request for a medical insurance quote.
