That i bought a 1000 android phone

Received an email with an imagine from Amazon regarding a purchase I did not make. Googled the “customer service” number provided. Came up with the name Kevin Demers from Aurora, CO

They were trying to say I bought a $1000 android phone.

A dude names Ricky claimed to be from Amazon. I actually called concerned about fraudulent activity on my amazon account and I spoke with Ricky. He advised me to purchase a google security card which doesn't exist then later that day when I called him back he told me the cards are the google play cards and the cost was 200! Very annoyed I told hime I didn't even have that amount available at the moment. He said an Amazon Rep would come to my home to deal with the situation at hand. ***ody showed up. Next few days I called that number a***n and another foreigner with a strong accent picked up. I explained the situation then he ***g up on me!! *** ?
