Keep calling them back and complain to them. DO NOT STOP call them at least 10 to 20 in a row. I did it and they stopped calling, I simply told they want to call and waste time over and over a***n, now it is my turn to waste their time! They really hated the 18 phone calls back to back

Recorded message states that a Medical Alert device was paid for by a family member or friend and they are calling to schedule an appointment for delivery/installation. My Mom, who received the call, contacted the Medical Alert company and was told it is a scam and they've had other calls with the same information. They are doing everything in their power to stop the calls.
