It's not a scam.  They are debt collectors, and have several numbers they call from.

We have been receiving incessant calls from this number all hours of the day. They leave messages stating, "I have very urgent business to discuss. Press 1 to continue or press 2 to have your number removed."Clearly, there is no "urgent" business to discuss, but after listening to the same annoying message for over a week, I decided to call back using *67.The guy answered the phone, "Global International" and I have him repeat it to ensure that I heard him clearly.I asked what type of company it was and he proceeded to ask if I had received a phone call with a "***ue" message. To put the ball back in my court, I s****ed asking him questions a***n.I wanted to know why the messages for so ***ue, if in fact the business was urgent and he said by "federal" law they are unable to leave detailed information.When I asked how they acquired their phone numbers, he said, "I don't know.""You don't know?"I don't know...cannot say. Would you like to s**** off by giving me your first and last name?"In parting, I'm not sure what type of scam they are running, but it's DEFINITELY a scam!!
