been getting calls 3-4 times a day. dont leave message. its annoying

I keep getting unwanted calls from this number. I think they are trying to sell so****ing, but the one time a person talked, she was very hard to understand, like she was on drugs or *****. I told her not to call a***n, and blocked the number on my cell phone. They called a***n 20 minutes later and left dead ****e on my voice mail. The called three times Sa****ay and a***n left dead ****e on my voice mail.
