i needed help bad and these people called me offering a 500.00 credit card for 129.99. i was supposed to receive the card in a month, but the card never arrived. i tried several times only to get a recording promising a call back that never comes. money back guarantee? what a joke!! criminal charges needs filed on them

******, i feel like a jack***.  These ACS f***ers had taken me for a ride these past 3 months. I kept calling and calling but no answer.  My $129.95 is forever gone!!!!

Man do I feel dumb! I too was a victim of this scam! I received a phone call from this 727 number and was also given the s***l of getting a guaranteed credit card with a $500 limit. I listened to all the gargon and hooplah and agreed for them to take the $129.95 out of my checking account since I desperately needed this credit cards to pay overdue bills. I even called them back and rescheduled the automatic debit of the fee for a week later!!! I too have called several times about getting my refund. I was told to send in proof including a bank statement where the fee was charged to my account to get approved for my refund. I did that and was told I was approved and that it would take 6-8 weeks to receive the refund. That was over 3 months ago and still no refund. I even moved...called them back with my new mailing address and kept getting the run around. The operator said that the company switched banks and that my refund was still in processing and that it would take a few more days to receive my refund...still nothing. I am thinking of going to court...would small claims court here my case??

I must also report that I am also a victim of this wide range scam all the way in Michigan. If anyone knows how I can find out how I can find just who is responsible, I would like to file a law sute, in fact everyone needs to come together and file a class action law suite for damages, because for one I know I was harmed by these crooks. I was promissed a unsecured credit card also and paid the 129.95. I would also like to know we may bring criminal charges a***nst all that were/ are involved in this scam. After reading this site I immediately called my Chase Bank and told them how A.C.Solutions called told me I was approved for a $500 credit card and the 129.00 fee and never recivied my credit card I've called them all day for a men to pick up and tell me I have the wrong number .Chase listened to me explain how they scammed me and Chase got my money back and put it back into my account THANK YOU            JP.Morgan Chase Bank your the best.     And if you have this same scamme tell you bank you've beed fraud

I have been getting calls from these people for a month. I usually just **** up on them, as I am usually pretty good about spotting scams. Today I decided to listen to them, just because I am in a financial bind. I asked a bunch of questions and it sounded good until I heard about the $129.95. I had already given them my bank information, not knowing that they were going to try and make me pay that fee. As soon as I heard about it, I told her I would have to look into it. Her name was "Mindy". She gave me a bunch of **** about how I could go to the Better Business Bureau site and check them out. She said she could give me an extension the pay the money so that I could check them out. I found this website, and I immediately called the number she gave me for "Customer Service". It was some guys cell phone! I guess she thought I didn't have caller id, but I do. So I called the number back and she actually answered!!! I told her I knew it was a scam and not to charge my account anything, she said it had already been processed so I needed to call customer service. I informed her that I knew the number she gave me was bogus, and she ***g up on me!! I haven't been able to get back through, so I called my bank and requested that they put a stop on anything that tries to come through for the amount of $129.95, and from that company. The number they called me from was different from the number that everyone has reported here. It was 727-216-6135

Received a call from a person who identified himself as "Edward Lamar" and who offered me a credit card with a $500 limit for $129 in fees, which were scheduled out to a later date.  I asked a lot of questions, which were answered, but I still didn't feel right about the call.  Now when I try to call the number to cancel all I get is a recording.

He told me his name (supervisor) was MAXWELL DAVIS.  what name did he give you?  You will receive a "package" so you can learn how to apply for your own credit cards.  YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A UNSECURED CREDIT CARD, AS PROMISED, AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK.  Please help spread the word about this s***bag rip-off of a company.  better yet refer people to check for themselves on the better business bureau site, for Alternate Credit Solutions 1301 Seminole Blvd, Largo FL  33770

I was victim of the scam as well. At first I was falling for it, but when I called and no answer just a recording I wanted out. I'm going to my bank and c****e my account numbers so I will not be apart of this scam. PLEASE BE AWARE!!Because you have a low credit score. THESE PEOPLE ARE TRASH.

I am concerned whether I am one of the dummies whom gave this people access to my account for 129.  They claimed I was guaranteed 500 for a credit card, which was suppose to be in 14 days.  Everytime I call the customer service number, its either busy or a recording.  What can I do?
