After I answered, there was a pause, then the lady on the line just kept saying "hello?", but I couldn't tell if she could hear me answering - her phone had some background noise. Sounded more legit than usual spam calls, but after a few "hellos" from her, I finally just ***g up. Caller ID only had phone #. Voice did not sound like it was from a foreign country.

They called my cell phone at 10:51 AM Mon 6/12/23 and didn't leave a message so I blocked the number. If you're going to call my personal cell phone number and not leave a message, you're getting blocked immediately.
