Hi Holly,Thanks for answering.I received a confirmation e-mail with my confirmation number and an attachment from the President John Hummel. I don't know what to think because I know they want to sell timeshares to people so in a way you'd think it would be legit but at the same time I am unsure and feel ****** for giving them my credit card info. They do have an address and number and so on so I could get my money back one way or another.
Hi Sylvie, I live in Regina too and entered the draw at the ex, Just got off the phone with them. I told them I did not have my credit card on me and that they should call me back so I could have a couple of hours to look into the company, and I am pretty sure its a bit of a rip-off, but I'm still a little unsure - they told me that they would email me more information in the next hour, have you gotten any further information?
I would like the person who one this trip from PA to email me please because I just entered my name at our Regina fair and they called me today and told me I won. I am feeling like maybe I got scammed because they would not let me think it over and told me I had to confirm with my credit card info immediately. I agreed to it but have not booked the trip yet so I do not know if it is actually a deal or a scam. my emaill is [email protected] for anyone who helps out. The number that called me was 1-386-675-6997 and the guy who called said he was the Exec Co. and his name was Bill Jordan.
To add to that, it is from Florida State Law.
I found this gem to use for it. I tried to cancel, but they wouldn't let me.559.933 Vacation certificate cancellation and refund provisions.--It shall be unlawful for any seller of travel or****ignee:(1) To fail or refuse to honor a purchaser's vacation certificate request to cancel if such request is made:(a) Within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later; or(b) At any time accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract, provided that:1. It is not a "free" trip if they ask you to pay fees in order to receive the trip. The caller had a very bad connection not very professional.

This is not a scam and the man who owns the company is a very honest and humble man. I wouldnt work for a company that was scamming people and this company tour america goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant vacation. Most people only get one a year and we want to make it special.
this company called me because i registered for a free vacation at a fair in PA, turns out i didnt win the free trip, but i did soooo much better, i bought the package they were offering me on the phone that day for $598! I have traveled so far on 2 of the trips and it was terrific... i cant wait to book another one. the accomodations were great and even more than i expected. I know everyone will create their own idea of every company, but i have to say i am very pleased.
keep getting calls from this number over and over a***n!! telling me and my man we have won a vaction they make it sound so great but if we do not pay them a administration fee at the time of call we will loose everything they are trying to give away 10 days 7 nights in orlando with 2 free p***** to disney then off to daytona or coco with two p***** on a casino cruise with everything included...anyway sound fishy to me that we cant even think it over for a few days that they want you money NOW
We Tour America called me and said I'd won a holiday, then asked me for my Visa details saying I'd completed part of the Visa details at the expo I was at. I certainly didn't input any Visa details anywhere and they asked me to confirm TO THEM what the expiry date was. They should confirm to me!Idiots. Scam. Avoid.P.S. The actual number was 001 727 308 760. Close enough to the number this message is being posted a***nst.P.P.S. And their website is **** and unprofessional. I wouldn't buy from them if they were a legitimate business with that kind of website. www.wetouramerica.com

We rec'd a call from this number and purchased the vacation. We want let you know that we had a great time on our honeymoon. Thank you Tour America for all your help.
We purchased this promotion vacation when we were contacted. Fantastic deal. The price could not be beat. Here is an excerpt from a letter we sent to the company after using our first trip to Orlando:The trip was great, we had a lot of fun in Orlando. We all wish that we had more time. The condo was fantastic... Stephen had a lot of fun in his big room. Sam and I enjoyed ours with our double shower room. The living room was well arranged and the kitchen was more that what we expected. I refused to cook because I had to enjoy the vacation too. But we did have everything that we needed. Thank you a***n for making this come true. Hope we will have another chance to repeat this wonderful experience. Don't be surprised if you receive a call from a friend because I am still so excited that I tell everybody about it. Ngekous family.
I purchased a vacation from this company when I received the phone call and I am very happy I did. Here is a little testimonial that I sent to the company after travelling. "Wanted to a***n thank you for helping me with my trips to Las Vegas and Florida. I had some great trips & memories. Are there any more trips avaiable to me? You do a great job making the arrangements.
This customer purchased a vacation from we tour america and here is what she has to say about it. "LISA, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU... and that hardly seems enough! The six nights in Orlando with the gradkids was FABULOUS... YOU ARE SUCH A BLESSING TO GLENN AND I, as we would not have able to take trips like these without you...I have a little so****ing that I am going to be sending to express our sincere gra***ude.
I received a call from this number because I filled out a registration form at a golf show I attended. I listend to what they had to say and decided to purchase their product(vacation). I have had a very positive experience with this company and am very very pleased with the results. I have traveled twice so far and the results have been great.
I also received a call from this number/company. However, I chose to purchase the vacation. I have traveled to two desitnations so far. The accomodations have been great. The reservation department has been very pleasant to work with and have helped me immensely with scheduling my surprisingly wonderful vacations. I was shocked to see any negative comments at this company as I have only had a possitive experience.
