they keep calling & ****ing up

A woman called who said she was with the "Conserving Energy****ociation", no website address, when I told her I was on no-call list, she said it didn't apply to her as they were a "non profit" organization.  After a few moments of arguing, she called me ignorant.  I disconnected from her after that comment, but these are un-solicited calls and unwanted calls.  We've had calls like this in the past and they want to send someone out to our home.  I want to know how to make this caller stop calling us.  Thank you.
