Real estate scam: "Hey, My name is Ryan. Do you happen to be open to hearing what we can give you for [Address in Tampa Bay, FL]? If uninterested, STOP to end."

“Hi, Iv’e been trying to reach you, is now a good time? If you’d rather not text, reply END” This is exactly how they typed it.

I got a text from this number, instructing me to call another number purporting to be Amazon, who told me that my account was being hacked into by someone with my SS# and bank account information. The caller tried to convince me to essentially allow him to access my computer. I asked to speak to a manager, he asked if I wanted his employee ID and told me he had lived in the U.S. all his life. I asked a***n for a manager and told him his behavior was very, very unusual. He ***g up.
