Humana calls then refuses to discuss with me as medical power of attorney for man with dementia, diabetes and other ailments. I have a notarized power of attorney on file and re-verify each time they call. Customer service can SEE the power of attorney but these people are not able to USE THEIR SYSTEM PROPERLY and are just annoying me. I may drop HUMANA
