this idiot is taking money from people.... when you try and contact them there is no way to get in touch with them.......... they are f***ing middle eastern scamming f***s!!!!!!!!! if they call you and do not sound american immediatly **** up the phone......

I actually was about to pay them until I researched everything.  They have called me 7 -8 times a day for the past three days.

7-30-2010 to present of when I have been getting calls from these people.Now I have been getting the same thing as Dee was talking about. Either I got calls from Mike or Robin both who where Indian with heavy accent and they actually gave me a case number and everything. Which I even googled and nothing on the case number has came up.  He keeps calling my cell phone and work number. Now when I listen to the messages he leaves they sound bogus like no other and not professional at all. I know they also gave me another number as well and when I called that number it was completly bogus as well and I couldn't talk to anyone because it sent me voicemail. Watch out people because they will tell you that you have a lawsuit out a***nst you for not paying payday loans or whatever the case might be. Now I know I have told them that I have gotten a lawyer and that to they need to send me paperwork which I never have recieved from them. So dont pay these people!!!

I got a call from a man that sayed I owed money That I took out a loan. He wanted me to give him my account number at my bank I told him NO. I could not understand him at all .I called my bank they told me that no money from this place was deposit is my account. They keep on calling me I want it to stop.

I was contacted today by a man with a deep Indian accent. I told him that i couldn't understand him and to put someone on the phone that i could understand. so he put on a woman named Johnnie she stated that i was being taken to civil court in two hours and they needed to know my lawyer's name and that they were calling in regards to a payday loan that i received in February that was never paid back. i told them that there information was wrong and to give me the number to the company that i signed the loan do***ents with they said that they didn't have that information but they gave me this phone number to speak with someone. so i called and her name was Megan and she said all the same stuff almost word for word. kinda funny the original phone number that i received the call from is 727-493-4835. definitely a scam.

I've been getting phone calls from this number, too.  He said his name was Mike from the Dept of Crime investigation.  He's Indian with a heavy accent.He said it was about a legal case that was to be downloaded in my state today, 8/3/10.  I've been getting calls like this one for over a year now from various Indian people with American names.  One even said he was James Brown and another one said he was Rock Hudson.  Yeah, right.  If that doesn't immediately smell like a scam, nothing else will.  PLEASE don't ever call these people back, give them any information, etc.  Thank you.

Was told she "Ashlyn" was from a legal office and I had been named as a suspect in a file that was about to be downloaded.  told her not to call me at work or I'll get fired.. Took her number - made sure not to say yes or anything affirmative during the call because you know that sometimes they tape you saying yes to use out of context.

Got the same message.  This is a scam.

A LADY NAMED CHRISTINE CALLED ME ON MY CELL AND AT WORK TELLING ME SHE WAS FROM DEPARTMENT OF CRIME PREVENTION. I ACTUALLY TOLD HER OFF AND TOLD HER I WOULD REPORT HER TO THE POLICE FOR DISTURBING ME WITH BOGUS INFORMATION. ALSO SAID IT WAS A LEGAL MATTER. I HAVE BEEN GETTING THESE BOGUS CALLS EVERY WEEK. SOMEONE NEEDSOT STOP THEM,

Have received numerous phone calls from several different numbers, it is always a foreign speaking person (usually a man) that has a name like Mike Henry, or John Smith. Today received phone call from this number on my cell and at my work, today her name was Amber Smith, she was foreign and said it was regarding a legal matter. Last week "Mike" called and I told him that if he didnt stop calling and harassing me, I was going to get my attorney involved, he said sorry ma'am, have a nice day. Anytime they call my cell it is always a different number, first on was a Florida area code, then it was California.
