This company insists on calling me two to three times a week asking me to sell my timeshare (I don't own one!) and will not take me off my calling list dispite my repeated attempts to have them do so (politely). Today when they called I asked to speak with a manager and he said he could not do that, even when I insisted he only put the phone down for a minute to come back himself to tell me the same thing I've heard over and over...don't worry I'll take your name off my list. What good does the Do not call registry do when you have ignorant people like this?

These people are seriously on the verge of being sued; and when I say on the verge of being sued, I mean 1 more phone call away from being sued. The first time they called, I told them that I am not interested and the guy on the line said, "You don't even know what I am offering yet". I told the guy that I know exactly what he is offering and it is credit cards, and I am not interested. He then ***g up on me. Ever since that day, this company has been calling me 3-4 times a day. I reported this to the Federal Trade Comission. The next morning, this company called a***n. As soon as I answered the call, I immediately said, "I have reported these  harassing phone calls to the Federal Trade Commision and it is currently being investigated. If I continue to receive these calls, I will notify my attorney and persue a lawsuit a***nst your company." The funny thing is that they stayed on the line and listened to all of that. After I said that in my phone, I did not receive any calls for 2 days, then I s****ed getting them once a day. Please keep in mind that it is a***nst the law for any company to continue to call you after you tell them that you are not interested in a product or service that they are offering. My advice for people continuing to receive these calls is to complain to Federal Agencies as much as you can. Also, you may want to file a police report and get a copy of it. Then, go to your public li***ry, scan it, and email it to the Florida State Attorney General seeing that this company is in Clearwater, FL. Even though this may seem like a lot of work, it will sort of be a time and money investment on your part since you will no longer be wasting your time and/or minutes.

calls my private cell number daily, no voice. VERY ______!!!!!  Annoying.
